1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing sequencecraft.io or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of the site.

2. Service Description

SequenceCraft provides B2B cold email sequence writing services. Upon payment, we research your specified Ideal Customer Profile(s), and write a complete cold email sequence including email copy and subject line variants. Deliverables vary by plan:

3. Payment Terms

All services are priced as one-time payments. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Stripe, which supports all major credit and debit cards.

Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. The onboarding form link will be sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery timers begin when we receive your completed onboarding brief, not at the moment of payment.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the moment we receive your completed onboarding brief (not from payment):

• Starter: 48 business hours
• Growth: 24 business hours
• Full Pack: 12 business hours

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Orders received after 6 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business morning. We make every effort to meet stated delivery windows; in the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly.

5. Revision Policy

Revisions are included as follows:

• Starter & Growth plans: 1 revision round included
• Full Pack: 2 revision rounds included

A revision round consists of consolidated feedback submitted in a single batch. We do not offer unlimited revisions or iterative back-and-forth. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of original delivery. Feedback received after this window may be treated as a new order at our discretion. Revisions apply to adjustments of the original brief — requests for fundamentally different copy or new ICPs outside the original scope are not covered.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify:

• You must have sent the sequences to real prospects
• You must not have received an improvement in engagement vs. your prior approach
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• You must contact us at hello@sequencecraft.io with your order details and results

We do not offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, strategic pivots, or because the sequences were never sent. If there is a clear quality defect in our deliverables, we will first attempt to remedy it. If we cannot, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of all sequence copy produced for your order. You may use, modify, and distribute the sequences for your business purposes without restriction. SequenceCraft retains no ongoing rights to the delivered copy. We may use anonymized, non-attributable insights from project work to improve our internal processes and training.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our sequences in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
• CASL (Canada)
• GDPR (European Union)
• Any other applicable anti-spam or data protection legislation

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the individuals in your prospect lists. SequenceCraft is not liable for your use of our copy in violation of applicable laws. We reserve the right to decline orders that we reasonably believe will be used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SequenceCraft's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption. We make no guarantees about reply rates, meeting bookings, or revenue outcomes — results depend on your list quality, offer, domain health, and many factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. While we are confident in the quality of our work and back it with a 30-day guarantee, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
