Process questions

What happens if my brief answers are vague or unclear?

We'll email you within 2 hours with one or two clarifying questions before we start. We'd rather ask than guess. This rarely takes more than a single back-and-forth, and it doesn't count toward your delivery time.

Do I need to send you my website or any existing marketing materials?

You don't need to attach anything. We research your company independently as part of our ICP work — your website, LinkedIn, G2 reviews, and any public case studies. That said, if you have internal documents you want us to reference (sales decks, existing sequences, voice guidelines), you're welcome to drop them in the brief notes field.

What sequencer tools work with your format?
